Joel L. Cruz is a dynamic and engaging speaker who knows how to captivate the audience. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in branding and marketing, which he draws upon to deliver insightful and inspiring talks. He has been speaking publicly for over 20 years and has mentored various age groups and sectors from students to business leaders. As the President and Chief Branding Officer of JLC Communications - a branding agency that specializes in developing creative marketing and branding concepts for a wide range of clients, Joel has helped countless businesses and developed creative marketing and branding concepts. 

Joel is an advocate of teaching future leaders and start-up companies the importance and fundamentals of entrepreneurship, marketing, and branding. He believes in training the next generation of globally competitive entrepreneurs. He has imparted wisdom in schools such as Entrepreneur School of Asia, Junior Achievement of the Philippines, Miriam College, and Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He has also gained mastery in helping businesses to grow and establish a name in the corporate world in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry.

Mr. Cruz is a certified mentor at Go Negosyo, a non-stock, non-profit organization that reiterates that a change in the mindset and attitude of Filipinos will always lead towards successful entrepreneurship.  Mr. Cruz is also a member and one of the mentors of Center for Community Transformation (CCT) – an organized Christian response against poverty and social injustice where he coaches and mentors marginalized people to improve their lives. In addition, Mr. Cruz has also worked with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) as part of their team working on the implementation of the National Retail Trade liberalization law. Mr. Cruz' vast experience in business coaching, mentoring, and training makes him uniquely suited to help entrepreneurs reach their full potential. 

Joel is on a mission to empower millions of small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and also offers his expertise across multiple industries. He is a Certified Life Coach and his coaching principles have helped him progress in life and he wants to share these same principles with others.
